Refrigerator and freezer board RC-4500
This product is applicable for use in various types of refrigerators, freezers, and no-frost combination appliances. The control board receives necessary data from temperature sensors, door sensors, impact sensors, as well as the display board, and after performing the required processing, issues the necessary commands to the actuators such as the compressor, heaters, fans, damper, ice maker, water chiller, lighting, etc., according to the implemented software-based refrigeration algorithm.
This hardware has four temperature sensor inputs, two door switch/magnet-type inputs (configurable for automatic water chiller operation), one impact (knock) sensor input, and the capability to drive one compressor in ON-OFF mode, four AC heaters, three DC fans with feedback, two 12V LED lighting outputs, two solenoid valves, damper, and ice maker.
The software program is designed based on the product type and the implemented refrigeration algorithm, and can be customized and upgraded on the product according to parameters such as energy consumption.
