Production Improvement Process
Updating and improving manufactured products is one of the essential missions of the research and development unit. The experts of this unit continuously improve the design of manufactured products by examining technological advances, current market needs, customer requests, production efficiency statistics, failure statistics, etc.
Electronic Engineering Department
The electronic engineering department is the central part of the research and development unit. Everything related to circuit design, PCB design, various analyses and simulations, micro-controller programming, prototyping, and multiple tests are done on the sample in different environmental and field conditions. The process of projects is controlled based on specific methodology and IATF and ISO standards. Quality and reliability are considered basic principles in all stages of design and testing. This department consists of experienced power and electronic engineers and university graduates who works as a specialised teams.












Industrial Design Department
In this department, the design and modeling of the required plastic and metal parts, as well as the user interface design of the products, are done. The industrial design team, relying on technical knowledge and experience, based on aesthetic principles and ergonomics with the most suitable materials, tries to provide products that, in addition to specific high technological features and advanced technology, consist of a beautiful appearance and ease of use for the end users.2D and 3D models are designed in modern software environments, and after analyzing user experience and upgrading to the most suitable design based on collected data, they finalize and deliver model to the production and molding units for implementation.






Moulding Department
This unit consists of mechanical design engineers with expertise and experience in manufacturing and production. They are working on designing and manufacturing all types of molds required to produce plastic and metal parts. The parts developed in the industrial design unit are finalized after the necessary checks and analyses, considering the limitations of manufacturing and production, and the process of designing the mold and making it. The manufacturing and finalization stages of the molds are done in this phase, using automatic and semi-automatic devices and equipment such as CNC milling, wire-cut, spark, lathe, radial, etc. After the necessary tests, results are delivered to the production unit.







Software Engineering Department
The software unit relies on efficient and expert engineers consisting of software and information technology graduates designing and developing the company’s software products and services at a world-class technical level.
These products provide accurate needs assessment and analysis of international standard samples as software solutions. Solutions for developing and managing different sections of the company workflow include the stages of database design and infrastructure design, back-end programming, analysis, and user interface and experience design.
